04 rx8 dyno problem/somethings wrong
ok i think i understand. if not ill show the tread to my mechanic friends. only one other question for the time being....where is the actuator lol. i thought i saw a pic of something near te old fill area? but that one with the red circle around it which im assuming is what your talking about is located where?
and when you mean wire it open? im assuiming that means with the vaccum tester?

Wire or tape it open literally just for a test

sorry it took so long but i took the car to the stealership and had them run a compression test. that was fine so its not the issue. however they did say that my ecu hadnt been "updated" and charged me to do that.....so darkbrew ill have to look to your suggestion whenever i get time. (barely have time to sleep).
the other thing i was thinking about was since i used a land&sea dyno (usually meant for mustangs) maybe the dyno was off or he corrected too much on the dyno. or maybe its just my car on the dyno.
