Hi, yes I know I can find better oil filter relocation kits and cheaper ones too, (um raceroots) but I have a buddy who has this exact kit that he got off ebay and he wants to sell it to me for way less than $240 and less than all the others, before I buy I was wondering if it would fit in an rx8 instead of the RX7.

if thats how long the tube is, then no.

FC has different oil filter location than FE (Rx-8), with a tube that short its not gonna fit.

 

That looks like it is just the GReddy kit... maybe just a knock-off but if it is the same dimensions as the GReddy kit then yes it will fit.... if he is your friend why doesnt he let you try and see if it fits before he makes you pay for it

 

when you say tube are you talking about the length of the oil lines? also he said I should be able to try it next week so I guess I will find out either way.

 

the oil lines (tubes) are too short.

doesnt hurt to try, but if its me. Im not gonna bother.
