where is the fuel filter??

where is the fuel filter??
When i start me rx8 on a cold start to warm it up it smells very rich. It smells like pure gas, it does not smell right. Is the fuel filter in the gas tank or is external?

internal but that's probably not your problem.
if it smells of unburnt fuel, your catalytic converter is probably on it's way out.
