I shift both at about 6500? Comments? Is this fine or too aggressive?

 

shift where comfortable for cruising, with redlines thrown in regularly (not frequently for your license's sake lol). Personally when im just going around town i dont think id bring 1st to 6500 but most of my cars are loud so thatd be why.

I typically shift at 3000-4000 or so during general driving and cruising. When I do go to 9000 though, it is an even larger contrast to the character of the motor, resulting in a better, richer experience.

 

^yeah i usually go between 3-5k. Unless I'm out on a spirited drive, then I let the buzzer buzz!

 

Yeah about to say....Soon as it tells me too duh lol! Really though it depends, i'd say if I'm tired and just driving to drive I shift crazy low like 4,000, but car seems to sound better and act more lively when I drive it that way.

 

3.5 to 4.5. If I'm feeling frisky 6k in 1st.

I LUV THE BUZZER!

The 1st to 2nd gear shift near or at redline SUCKS! Luv the car and hate that tranny/shifter. Why is this thing so damn picky from 1 to 2? Tired of losing races every now and then.

I always miss the timing. Normally about 1-1.5 second after the buzzer on. As a result, 30k km of fun driving, now in the workshop for overhauling
