Unhappy What Is this part called??

Im having serious problems with this one part that is connected to my Left driver speaker. I think this is the crossover but i need to find out exactly what it is. If anyone knows what it is or where i could buy one please let me know!!!!

Is he talking about the whole unit or that square grey piece to the left?
Hopefully that square component didn't come from the K1 reference designator on that circuit board.
If it did... the "K" in the reference designator indicates a relay.
But also, if it did come from there, you might have bigger problems we'll need to discuss!

How did the relay end up being separated from the circuit board?

What were the original symptoms you were tracking down?

Because more than likely he rocked it back and forth trying to take it out not realizing that it was soldered onto the board. Either that or he smashed it pretty hard somehow after removing the cover?

I'm not 100% sure but I beleive that would be the Flux Capacitor.
