Water sound when heater/AC is on.

It almost sounds like water trickling sometimes when I turn the heater or AC on. What does this mean?

sounds like you might have air in your radiator/cooling system. Check your fluid level, when the car is cold pop open the rad filler cap and close it tightly again. The car will repressurize the system and should make the sound go away / reduce.
