I love this cat! Just updating that these things are still passing smog for those who were having doubts and troubles like me. You have had and will continue to have an alternative to buying a 1000+ dollar peice of equipment. When You search and u find this. U won't have smog nightmares anymore Why these things are not carb approved I don't understand my numbers are close to flawless. Anyhow, It is 2014 and I just passed smog with flying colors. Although before I get flamed. As of now, An Oem cat is still the only LEGAL option in California. Just wanted to make that clear.

i think i'm just going to stamp N3Y3 (or whatever it is) into an aftermarket cat and call it good.

 

Cheaters!!! my parents just moved there, my dad's encouraging me to move there as well telling me he sees so many 8s out there. Funny how were all using the same atmosphere!!!! U guys don't even do a sniffter...lucky.

 

Why haven't they approved these cats in Cali? Longevity?
