Tyres recommendation
I heard that the factory Bridgestone tyres are very hard on the road and when they are new, they make a strange noise, whereas, other brand tyres, like Michelin, Yokohama, etc. are much better choice. Any opinions on that?

I have a set of Avon Tech M550 A/S (all season) tire and I love them. Have had them on for about a year and they're hardley even worn down. Good traction, easy ride. I got em a TireRack.com, they've got all the specs on there as well.

I've had nothing but good experiences with my Toyo T1-S. Not sure what nycpgs is referring to with "easy to break". I think the sidewalls are a little soft, but that also means the ride comfort is a little better, but not soft enough to affect my driving style.

Check this thread, it discusses a few different tires: Kumho, Toyo, BF Goodrich, and Yokohamas.
