well ill try and make it short i hired a tech to do my clutch that i had done myself 4 years ago so after he did the job(flywheel, clutch ,pressure plate pilot bearing ,slave cylinder throw out bearing)got 18 miles away and 1 mile from my house in 3rd gear around 5,000 rpms the dang thing blew!!cut the starter off cut the slave cylinder in half and looking under the car the pressure plate is hanging out the transmission !so i waiting on a transmission from Florida (an S2)my 8 is a 2004 with 78,000 miles and someone has changed the engine some time before i bought it..no issues olt of the norm this is my second 8 ..the long of the short is anyone wanna bring it to Virginia??from Orlando...i only heard of one person who had the same thing happen anyone else heard of a clutch blowing out the transmission?
