From what everyone has been telling me and from what I have been reading on here we have a weak sauce tranny.
The 09 tranny is built stronger and will fit but some things will need to be done in order for it to work.
Back on topic,
Everyone that has had reverse issues has had the tranny rebuilt but to no avail. However after replacing the tranny with a new one the issues went away.

My brother has a shop and I use to rebuild mt trannys for him. How where your gears? chiped? burnt? how did your bearings look burnt? feel stiff?

Sorry about the spelling I'm kinda suppa krunk.

my tranny had issue with reverse gear (and sometimes 1st) when Cold. I mean really cold, around 20-30 degrees F

they took it a part and couldn't find anything wrong -_-

so what Im going to do is, wait until its cold again. so I can bring it back for them to rebuild it.
