Dude use your key to enter the car. Fully lock it, then put the key in and un lock it.. Thats how I get in and out of my car.

Well, the controller always turns off and on the alarm, and locks doors. But this morning it would unlock the car yet it wouldn't turn off the alarm as I open the doors it starts blarring :\

I should mention I wash the car last night, and right after the door ajar sign wouldn't turn off even though the doors were all fully shut. I can't take it to mazda till Monday, any help?

Yeah that was my first thought, I took it to the do it yoursef "coin" wash spot. I sprayed it down with water, soap, brushed it, waxed it, rinsed it then dried it.

Maybe a wire, or an electrical component is exposed and when the water hit it, it caused it to go haywire, but interesting enough, IT FINALLY STOPPED, after work it didn't give me anymore issues, I guess it dried up fully, but I don't want this to happen each time I wash the vehicle, so i t has to be inspected/diagnosed. Man that's gonna cost me lol

Exact same problem here

SAme issue here. Rain storm a few nights ago. Drove car and door ajar light was active, treid all doors and trunk couldnt get the light to go out. Locked the car with remote, checked all doors everything was locked, however could still see door ajar light on through window. Next day, unlocked car and opened door - horn sounds. Tried opening door with key, horn sounds. Tried starting car - no issues but horn is still sounding. Any ideas? Seems to be a common fault.

Searched quite a bit and couldn't find a fix for this, does the alarm eventually just go off?
