I recently installed a TC Sportline front and rear strut tower bar. I want to modify the engine cover to fit over the wider than stock bar. Has anyone done this? Any pictures of the result? Your help is appreciated.

 

not unless you want to cut into your stock cover, or get the Mazdaspeed strut bar. I have the Rear TC sportline bar, and was worried about getting the front, due to wanting to keep the cover too!

But I now have the AEM CAI, so I might be thinking of getting the front one now, becuase I like the color of the product.

thanks for the input. i am going to try to modify it. i know someone on this forum said that they did it. we'll see.

 

the MS CF struts dont let the cove fit on mine.
