I am newbie here with Winning Blue rx8. I been real careful breaking the care in. Have not been above 8000 rpm. When I blow off the engine before shutting it off I rev the motor a few time to 3000 rpm and then let it come back to idle. I get a engine vibration and nosie at 650rpm. I was wondering if any one else is experiencing this.

go get it checked out, your car should not be dipping to 650 rpm in neutral.
