Well, i filled up the tank today and calculated everything. I am getting 11.4 MPG, down fron 12.2. I am shifting and cruising higher as suggested. BTW, its ALL city driving. I was talking to my dad about this and one of his work associates from India wanted to know what kind of car I had and see it etc. Well, he was listening to it idle and pointed out a almost constant sputtering. I am not sure what it is, but i think it is responsible for the bad fuel economy. Also, I think it could be very bad. I plan to bring it in soon. Anyone know what it is and if it is covered under waranty?

I think it was answered...either way, im going to have Mazda check it out monday when i get out of the hospital
