Speedsource tranny
I was watching this you tube video, and was wondering what kind of transmission this was.
Any ideas? http://youtube.com/watch?v=_jqEyAIRR1c |
It sure goes fast.
Was in the lead at Laguna Seca until they lost it on the last lap. They still made 3rd place |
jesus christ that shifts fast.
|
i want it.
|
Does it rev match or does he use a clutch?
When I was watching it I noticed how fast the shifts were. |
slow....
j/k lol |
its a sequential, there is no clutch.
afaik, they still blip the throttle when downshifting. |
It's a Daytona Prototype 6 speed sequential shift gearbox. I got that off one of their tech cards I got at the VIR race.
|
Speedsource races in the GT class. Cmon now ray, I thought you were a race fan.
