Speedometer: Miles to Kilometers?

So I'm wondering if, since the speedometer and odometer are digital, can you switch them from miles to kilometers? I've been thinking about getting an 8 from the States and bringing it to Canada, but since it only has a digital speedometer you would have to memorize the metric counterpart or something like that... I have no idea if this is possible or not so maybe someone can help me out...?

Also what are people's feelings on the automatic transmission with paddle shifters?

Thanks for any and all help

I've own an '05 AT. I like it.
Right now she has over 175 RWHP. So don't let people knock the AT. It's fine.

^exaclty Dont get me wrong i'm not bashing auto's just my personal preference for the MT you're still gettting the same car just Me PERSONALLY would rather b able to really work the gears and b able to take her up to 9500 Rpms....it all depends on what type of driving you will b doing also if you can drive a MT if not u must b willing to learn etc....you are the only one that can really decide what to get u will just get personal opinions here about which is better

I think you just press and hold the Display button, the one that shows the temperature, until the temp shows in Celsius. The speed and distance then also become un-american!
