Yes, I used it just a couple days ago. Fits perfectly.
I originally bought this tool for my Mustang. The multi-sided cube tool didn't fit the rear calipers on that car. The notches in the piston on the 8 are almost identical to the ones on the Mustang.

That's great!! What's the manufacturer for it and what's the part#? And where can you buy this tool? PepBoys, AutoZone etc??
TIA,
Pete

Okay, this is getting really crazy . Standard pliers are not C-clamps! And what do people call needle nose pliers in other parts?
Here are the correct tools/pictures from Sears:
Lisle Disc Brake Piston Tool (for the rear pistons)
Craftsman Disc Brake Pad Spreader (for the front pistons)
I've never used these. My c-clamp and needle nose pliers worked fine.

Autozone path works. It combines the clamp with turning, takes like 30 seconds, no time at all. You buy the kit, then return it. Harbor freight sells the same kit on sale for like $30. case is a little cheaper. I think it is on sale now in the store. web site has a dual piston one for $44. They also have the cube for $8. the needle nose route was really hard on mine. But, brakes were 6 years old.

Your gas and time to drive to Autozone twice every time you work on your brakes aren't free, right? I'd rather have a 1.5" cube that fits in my toolbox that works, in my experience, better than the Autozone kit. The teeth on the correct face of this cube mate up much better with the caliper piston.
