some assorted tech questions, max tire size, max rpm, fi options, camber

First off, how big of a tire can you fit under the rx8 assuming you have optimal offsets, both front and rear? How big can you fit with minor fender rolling?

2nd - what is the method of camber adjustment on the rx8 front and rear? How much negative camber can you get? What afermarket methods or tricks are available to get more?

3rd - how high can the rx8 motor rev without exploding, assuming you remove the rev limiter? anyone know?

4th - what forced induction options are currently available or in the works? any links?

i guess also, whats the current record for naturally aspirated horsepower from an rx8 motor?

oh, and one more thing, have people been doing FD turbo motor swaps into rx8s? how hard/easy is it?

on the rev limit situation, it would be for autocross purposes, so very limited 2nd gear type pulls, like maybe a couple spots on course getting up over 9k for a little bit for just a second or two

well the fuel cut is at like 10.5 so you can already go over 9k if needed. however the car doesnt breath very well over 8500 where power starts to drop off. the engine cant make anymore power by raising the rev limit and you can easily stay in the sweet spot of the power band by shifting at 9-9500

ah, fuel cut is at 10.5, nice.

shifting in an autocross situation eats up a lot of time, it is best to avoid it. im trying to determine gearing strategies to set the car up such that I can stay out of the torqueless wonder zones at low rpms, and not have to shift. I think though, that if it can go to 10.5 stock that should be no problem.
