So I drive my car very short distances where the engine doesn't fully warmup and all the carbon doesn't burn, the car overall drives fine do you recommend me cleaning it?

The traditional method doesn't do jack ****, and if you use it the only way that does something effective, then distilled water is just as effective while costing $1 a gallon instead of $8 for 16oz.
