RX8 taking crap

I jus put a SR motorsports gutted cat on my 06 AT and after 3 days with it on I was driving on highway when traffic hit, the rpms started sputtering. I turned off air and kept driving. I pulled to stop sign and it stalled and wouldnt start. I let it sit for 2-3 min and it started back up but still sputtering. It kept lookin like it was gonna die so I sat on gas lightly whenever pulling to a stoplight. Should I put stock back on before I take it in or should I not be worried about it? my mazda dealer said they would give me a rental so im not too worried about them tryin to screw me over. Please someone help fast so I know to switch this POS...sry this is a mess, scrambling to get outta here

The dealer will have a field day with you and your warranty if you show up with a non-stock cat during checkup.

It is illegal to run catless.

I would highly recommend returning the car to stock in regards to the cat before taking the car to a dealer.
