RX-8 Brake Pad Replacement
I'm thinking of swapping brake pads this weekend. Can anyone who has experience with doing the pads on an 8 tell me if the tool to screw the rear caliper pistons back in is specific to the 8, or if I can buy a generic tool for this purpose and get along fine?

I used one of those square things that Autozone sells for a couple of dollars.

It is a cube and each side has different sets of pins to go into the piston. It is then turned by a standard 3/8 rachet. There is one side that fits the rear piston.

You should have no trouble finding them.

yes the fronts are single piston, not there's anything wrong with that :D
