Revolution Under Sweep Panel?

So I was doing my daily search on yahoo auctions japan and ran across a Revolution Under Sweep panel for our cars. What I'm wondering is, and from what I can tell I can only assume, is this a replacement panel for the plastic undertrays we currently have, or does this somehow work in the rear of our cars. I can only assume its for the front, but I sitll don't see how it would be any benefit.\

Here is a link to it in English from RHDJapan

Nice find, it says it directs air to the radiator so im sure its for the front, I like the concept of rebounding the air to the radiator....i dont like the price though lol.

yeah I've been tryin to figure that out. The only thing I can figure is the area with the two 1/4 moons is towards the rear of the car and the other is towards the front. Possibly needs a couple of holes drilled in the panel?

That panel is a bit confusing. In the diagram it shows that due to it's shape it sends more air through the radiator and increases downward force (decreases lift) in the front end. That seems a bit strange though since as air slows down it's pressure increases which is the opposite of what their chart shows. I'll have to think about that one for a while.

I think the idea is the same as the beatrush underpanel. In stock form, the air under the vehicle is very turbulent and gets pushed into the engine bay from under the engine. When this happens you get lift and a pressurized engine bay. If you can pass the air under the vehicle more smoothly and lower the pressure under the vehicle the pressure enside the engine bay will decrease and more air can pass through the radiator. But honestly, i dont like the reverse hump, I think it would just make the air under the vehicle more turbulent and do mire harm then good. However I do like the beatrush underpanel.

since it would create a vortex or "dead zone" of air at the base of it radiator i'm not sure how something like this would improve cooling...
in their diagram they show the airflow peeling off the top of the hump, this isnt what air would do. Istead it would follow the curve to the base of rad and just pool there.
