A few weeks ago I rear ended someone and broke my grille. Didn't do any other damage, but I did need a new grille. I just got the new grille in, and was wondering if anyone had ever installed the grille. I assumed it would just pop into place, but it looks way more complicated. If anyone has any pictures of what I need to do (which bolts to take off...) please let me know. Thanks.

 

Pretty sure you have to take off the front fascia - pretty easy though... Here are the written instructions but you need pictures. Try searching here and the Racing Beat site using "REVi install" Once you have the fascia off, changing the mesh grille should be easy. 90 minutes and your done...

You will likely have to remove the front bumper cover, because the grille bolts in from the inside. Alternatively, you may be able to remove the underbody pan and get to it that way, but that's probably more difficult than removing the bumper cover.

For information on removing the bumper cover, check out the DIY (in the DIY section, of course) having to do with installing protective screens in front of the A/C condensor and oil coolers. I think there are instructions there on how to remove the bumper cover.
