replacing dash

im replacing my dash after i accidentaly put a few deep scratches this past summer trying to remove the factory radio... i know most likely no one has done this but does anyone have a DYI on how to remove the dash? i already have the new dash and i completely understand im a moron who should of searched how to remove the radio before i touched it.. and i also know how much of a pain in the a$$ its gonna be to replace it but i feel like it needs to be done any help i greatly appreciate.. and for anyone whos gonna give me useless info dont waste ur time posting it please..

Hope you get an answer. Might try purchasing a shop manual or a body manual for the RX.

the shop manual is the best bet here. There are SO many screws and bolts and lots of sequence. It is pretty modular, tho. Which part did you scratch? You might be able to get the scratched part off pretty easy.

When I saw the thread title I was somehow expecting to hear that Mazda claimed the dash had carbon buildup and needed replacing!!!
