Replace rear crankshaft seal?

hi guys, im spotting an oil leak at my rear car, sent it to the dealer, they quoted a change in the rear crankshaft oil seal, apparently it the part cost like $50bucks, but the labor they are charging me is roughly $400bucks?

Question is: is that the norm? is that a relatively tough task to repair the crankshaft seal? I am no mechanic, so doing it myself is not a question

Appreciate any advise.
It'll be great it anyone can point me to a diagram of the replacement, at least i can get a visual?

Sounds like a really cheap price actually. You have to drop the trans and pull the clutch/ flywheel. They normally want 1000 plus at a dealership to replace a clutch.

dealership ? 400 bucks is what *outside* usually charge.

it doesn't take long to remove the tranny with a lift, an hour ish for me, tops.

if it's really just 450 bux. I just gonna let the dealership to do it.
