Remote Not Working Right?

So I got my RX-8 out of the shop this Tue and the remote lock is not working right.
I can lock my car doors but I cant unlock my passanger door? or open the trunk with it. I tryed to open the trunk with the button next to where you pop the hood and it still wont open. It only opens with the key and thats a pain in the butt. I have to make a list of things that are wrong with my 8 or things he missed, then take my 8 back to him so he can get them fixed.
Can some one give me some advice? Is this his prob or will the dealer fix it?

I want to get this fixed asap. I'm looking to install a Viper alarm and want this fixed first.

BTY: I got a letter from Mazda telling me the CAT's are on recall, Gas leaks and the stearing thing can snap not allowing me to stear the car! In the letter they said it sounds like ticking when you turn the wheel...

Thanks for the help.

might want to look at the button in your glove box..

hum cats on recall steering snaping gas leaks. you might want to read the notice a little better..

and read the owners manual thats how i know about the button in the glove box.

Yea I'm pushing the unlok button twice and no trunk pop. I tryed the button by where you pop the hood too and that still dont work. I'll try the button in the glove. I forgot about that. My car was in the body shop for 5 months.

Anybody want to chime in as to whether these are the 3305G Fuel Tank and 3405G Ball Joint recalls? I haven't heard of a catalytic converter recall...

Yeah, either he's confused or there is a new recall for the cat. Maybe DOMINION can scan the letter leaving his name and address off and post it here for all to see? That would be very helpful.

Make sure the trunk and hood are shut tight and then try the remote again.

^Tryed that. I dont think the body shop fixed it right. I have to take it back and let him know what I found wrong.
