Such precision and attention to detail! I guess engineers just specify torque specifications for no good reason, yes? And where Professional mechanics would use a torque wrench ... they have a responsibility to do a job correctly, and amateurs should go by the book...if only to be certain the work is done to spec and things don't fall apart... there's always the rest who keep the professionals in business with their sage advice to others . Can you say 'misfire' when it's NOT done right?

Very few techs, professional and amateur, will actually torque the spark plugs to spec.

I've not torqued a 'plug in 40+ years. Never had an issue.

But I do release my torque wrench tension prior to stowing same (tsk, tsk Jedi54!!
