Rear tail light stumper

Rear tail light stumper
So the left tailight has had the 2 little lights go out that are on the strakes in the housing. I cannot find or figure out how to replace them or if I even can, and yes I have googled it and cannot find what i need anywhere! Anyone with exp in this I would love to hear from you!

You can't to my knowledge.
They are LED's and you will have to buy the whole tail light, unless you spot a frayed wire or something.
