I got my Racing Beat Dual Resonated Mid pipe because I was getting noise voilations with my single resonated race pipe (ExoticSpeed) and my HKS Hi-Power. I knew that it would quite the car a good amount...but its like I have the Cat installed...its really really quiet!

The Racing Beat pipe is nasty, no other way to quickly describe it. It seems to be full 3in piping and the ExoticSpeed looks like its 2.25in or 2.5in. And it is significantly heavier then my old Singe Resonated mid pipe.

One other note...I seem to be poping flames more...a lot more. It must be with the singe exit exhaust that I have dramatically increased my back pressure.

You aren't going to increase your backpressure with any of those systems as they all flow better than the exhaust ports themselves and have far more area. Backpressure is NEVER good anyways. Any power differences between them is solely due to tuning differences based on pipe resonance but will have absolutely nothing to do with system pressure.

Racing Beat makes some good stuff and it makes me happy to see people use their products. They actually go through many iterations in testing. Even their resonators and mufflers go through several iterations until they get the sound they want. Conversely many other companies just weld up some pipe and slap on a muffler and the sound you get is based on those simple choices and not what you specifically designed it to sound like.

ty RG! I am sold with racing beat, 100% I can't wait to have my engine ported with their templates.

It is now very very snug. The ExoticSpeed needed a metal spacer in the shape of the 3 bolt flange to fit right with my Greddy SP2.
