Resurecting the thread im building a bridge 231 hp. since im rallying my car i really dont want to spend 1500 bucks including shipping and taxes to denmark. thats why om building my own exhaust. im going to use a bought manifold but the rest will be homemade. are you telling me that 2,5 " is the right size for the rennesis? My old sa22 with a 4 port turbo 2 converted to NA with 9,7 rotors and 48 mm IDA was using 2,5" and that really seemed to be the correct size?

So to boil it all down will 2,5" exhaust be the correct size like to old NA rotaries ore should 3" be better

2.5 is ok for a NA street car, but slightly restrictive on the top end for racing. 2.75" is about ideal, but not a common size here in the USA, so 3" is the usual choice. If 70mm is common/available there you could choose it instead.
