Oil light problems

Sometimes I notice my oil light just plops on for a few secs. I check the oil its above the middle in the gauge. I also just added on a quart any help.

I had the baffle problem fixed a long time back. Months later the problem seemed to be back. It turned out when the put the whole thing back together the wire to the sending unit worked its way loose.
