Oil Catch Can install question

Oil Catch Can install question
I have my oil catch can for 2 days now
but im stumbled on how to put it on
i know its from the oil feeder line right behind the alternator on the cap
and the those vacuum lines on the intake
ive seen pictures of them on but my question is
what happens to the hose that was once connected to the oil filler neck?
and what happens to the vacuum line in the intake?
if looked through google and the forum but no luck
i have an AEM intake if that helps.....
