oem exhaust removal

Has anyone done or can do a diy about removing stock exhaust?

Search in the DIY section. Im sure there are many. Its just a matter of unbolting and taking it off the hangars.

yea thats what i thought but there are two bolts with springs and im not familiar wit it and feel kinda stupid lol searched diy all day found none that were in depth.

pretty much take off the nuts that are on the spring bolts. Then if you have to you can take off the other side of the bolt that is attached to the flange of the cat.

wi tried it be4 and the nut kept turning but will try again and actually lift the car this time was in a hurry last time but thnks for the info will post another if i have ne problems

The attached photo shows that nut & bolt ( no spring ). That nut can become fused to the bolt and turning it will also turn the bolt. As you can see the bolt has threads on the other end and if you turn it enough it will come out the other flange. That is perfectly fine and will allow you to remove the exhaust. I suggest keep turning that nut until the whole thing comes off.
