New here new to Mazda
Ok total new to all of this. Not familiar with the rx8 engine at all either. Had an oil change not to long ago they found water in the oil is this normal? Also anyone having problems with running at 4k RPMS the coolant light coming on then drop to 3.5k RPMS and it goes off?

The coolant light issue is a common problem. Most people either replace the coolant reservoir (with sensor), or else just unplug the sensor, but make sure to check coolant levels frequently!

If that is actually water and not coolant, then it's just condensation. If it is actually coolant, then you probably lost a coolant seal in the engine.
The coolant light changing based on RPM is usually low coolant. The higher RPM pushes coolant into the block faster than it refills, so the level drops slightly. The lower the amount of coolant you have, the lower the RPM that this will trigger at. If you are not at FULL on coolant, then this would confirm it. If you are at FULL, then it can only be a sensor malfunction.
The combined issue isn't looking good for your engine though. Coolant levels will drop if you are losing coolant into the engine.
