Where can you get a new engine from these days? Mine was opened up today and pretty much everything was bent, scratched, grooved or otherwise broken. Chambers, rotors, bearings, everything.

I've tried to contact Mazmart several times, but they aren't responding to my emails. The local importers are out of stock for several months and even after that all they bring is engines from Japan of pretty much unknown history, so I am not too excited about them.

I live in Finland and even the contacts in Sweden are having none.
Only one was from a Mazda dealership that would've cost 8500 USD.

Please help guys, I need to get my baby back on the road.

You could try contacting a few different places (Pinapple Racing, Mazdatrix, Rotary Inspired Performance, etc).

It seemed like some sort of lubrication failure. I guess I made this whole ordeal way more expensive for myself by forcing it to start up by keeping starting when it didn't want to. I had that warm start trouble for a long time, but it did start if I tried to turn it over long enough, thanks to a very good battery. I'm guessing the engine isn't well lubricated when doing that. Too many cold starts, too many forced starts.
It all started with warm start troubles and slowly degraded into suddenly dying when letting off gas and really noisy running. Then one day recently the sound of it suddenly changed and had major power loss. Then it was evident that it was done for.

Guys, if you get compression issues, don't try to work around it and try to live with it. Fix it as soon as you can before it gets real expensive.
