So i'm gonna drop a new engine in my 04 Rx-8 and and the insurance is covering the nesscary amount for a practical stock engine.. but i'm willing to pay the difference for a little extra boost in my car. I was thinking maybe a 3 rotor but i'm not too familiar with the rotary engine yet. I was just wondering what options i have for a non stock engine, Super charged etc.. some feedback would be much appreciated thanks!!

The difference between a stock engine replacement and a 3 rotor is roughly 20k $.
The difference between a stock engine replacement and one built to better survive boost plus the forced induction system of choice, plus all the little extras (tuning, exhaust, heatshielding) is roughly 12-15k$.

All these new members should pay for my rx8's psychiatric bills. She doesn't accept to be one of them, you know...
