New 8 owner - Quick Q's

So I just got my 8 a couple of months ago with a replaced engine 10k ago. Just had a couple of odd questions:

1) I found a hose that goes from right in front of the throttle body under the UIM that is not connected to anything - is this normal?
2) Also noticed that this pulley randomly starts spinning and stops spinning at idle (in picture circled in black)

and finally I've noticed that after stopping often times the car shakes gently and stops, this keeps repeating when I'm idling. It's nothing crazy just a tiny bit shaky and when it does shake the idle drops a teeny bit. Could this be the motor mounts or a dirty MAF?

Thanks in advance!

welcome,

I believe that vacuum line is for the vafd, the pully is likely the ac compressor.

there are 2 links in my signature, have a read of both. They will answer a lot of questions.

Is there any worry leaving it like that or is there somewhere it should go?

I've read both those threads before I got my car, thanks.
