Couldn't you of just hard wired it to the running lights so whenever you turned the running lights on the fog lights would turn on?

no....I think cuz they have their own set of fuses....

so....once properly wired U can do the mod to make them come on with the parking lights :-)

How hard would it be to wire it like that?
