My invoice on my 7,500 mile service job has this as a line item. Can anyone tell me what it actually means and which flash it is? My car is an 05 GT M/T.

Check out p.2 of the Service Bulletin at the link below and you will see that this update (SW-N3K7ED000) is one step "higher" than the update indicated in the table for your car. I believe the update in that SB was for level "N", in which case your PCM likely was updated to "P". In any case, you can probably assume that IF they updated their WDS prior to flashing the PCM, you have the latest update.

I believe "WM4 0.30" refers to the level of the WDS (i.e., 40.3)--the computer used to update the PCM. Not sure why it would be stated in that manner on the service order.
