My Side Marker Lights are Flickering

Hey guys,

I found out a couple of days ago that my drivers side marker lights are flickering. The passenger side is fine and all the headlights/parking/fog lights are also fine. This only happens when the car is running but it is fine when my key is on the ignition (run by battery). Do you guys think its just the bulb itself or something with the wires? By the way I have the led lights from RotaryFX.....Thanks!

Sounds like its time for a new bulb. Leds tend to do this flickering right before they quit.
But, first check all the connections from the harness to the actual bulb.

^...............it's the LED. As said above, they tend to flicker before going out completely.

That's why we recommend VLED's.

Doesn't matter if its an Led it will flicker when the bulb is failing. No matter where they are located

My driver side LED marker bulb and my license plate bulb have flickered for some time now.
It only seems to happen when I first turn them on, its like they need to warm up then it
stops. But yeah, its been like this for months and they are still kicking.

I have had to get atleast 5 LED's replaced from VLEDs, so it's not too say they are too incredible. What makes them so good is that they replace them with no questions asked.

Wow, I had to change exactly one in over 4 years, and I'm running them just about everywhere.

I don't mean to aggravate any body by bumping a 5 year old thread, but I have the exact same problem as the OP. The driver's side marker light was replaced with a rotary FX LED bulb. It remains a steady light while running off the battery- but as soon as I start the car, it starts to flicker constantly. I checked the connection today and it was fine. If this is just a dying LED, why does it only flicker when the car is running? Thanks for any help I receive!

Rotary FX has terrible quality lights. Mine had the same problem within a year both side and front parking lights. Check other threads on here. I bought mine at Automotive Household Truck Trailer RV Lighting Led Light Bulbs. I am very happy with the quality of these lights.
