Question Motul Gear 300 in both Transmission and Differential?

Just got an 04 RX8 with 56K miles on it.

I have 4 bottles of Motul gear 300 fluid from my Audi and wonder I can use it in both tranny and diff?

This is description:

MOTUL Gear 300
Specifically formulated for racing and high performance cars.
Circuit, Group A, Rallye, 4WD and passenger cars.
Semi-Synthetic - Ester based.
Extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-foam.
For all gearboxes and hypoid rear axles without limited slip systems. ??
Suitable for all types of fuel: leaded and unleaded gasoline, gasoil, LPG.
Performance Standards: API GL4 and GL5 / MIL-L-2105D
Very high lubricating power which decreases friction and wear.
Very easy gear shifting. Thermal stability under high temperature.
Unshearable oil film, even under extreme working conditions.

You didn't specify the viscosity.
It looks like it could work in the gearbox, not in the diff.

Get something that's been tested for the transmission as well, they don't like being abused.

I hope you aren't referring to a full motul 300v swap:

No I wasnt. I am planning on running Redline in the diff and either motul in the tranny or Redline in the tranny. Still doing some research to see which one is better.

RX8Soldier, yeah I got that. I wanted to see how well the motul has been holding up in the tranny and if its worth it.

I am looking at the long term effectiveness of the fluid in our tranny's
