midpipe question

midpipe question

installed my new midpipe. actually a straight pipe .no cat or resonator. sounds raspy at times but there isnt a drone....can i get a resonator put on the pipe somehow to quiet it down a little bit?.....sometimes it sounds bad loud. just looking for solutions.

Rotary engine exhaust is very hot. A typical fiberglass packed resonator will burn out after a short time. You want to make certain that it is either a stainless steel packed or cavity type.
Another option is to put a high flow cat on your midpipe.
