Longer slave cylinder rod?

I have an ACT heavy duty clutch and an SR Motorsports light weight flywheel......i've been experiencing problems with several things.....when i have my clutch totally in and have the car in gear and rev it to high RPM's the car creeps forward....and when i drive it...when i let the clutch out it begins to catch just off the floor....like we're talking a 1/4 inch or maybe a little more.......and when i shift it's usually difficult unless i have the clutch in clear to the floor and shift slowly....and when shifting faster it has a bit of a grind to each year.......has anyone else experienced this with this set-up or have any suggestions....the only thing i can think of is a longer slave cylinder rod (has anyone done this modifictation).....

Also from all your experiences....what is the best clutch you have used?

Thanks

well, i've heard the heavy duty clutch is somewhat "overkill" because we don't really have that much power to find it necessary. so it might be you're driving habit. just gotta practice getting use to it. the clutch will be to the ground a lot.
