K&N intake oil

Its past time to oil my K&N typhoon intake but I am lazy and forgot to order more of K&N's oil. So my question: is there any oil I may be able to pick up at the auto store to hold off untill I get more of K&N's oil

There's a cleaner then when dry oiling to do. How many miles on it since last cleaned?

i thought most local stores have the recharge kit.
ive seen them in several auto parts stores around my area, you should check to make sure.

You shouldn't ever need to re-oil a K&N filter unless you have removed/cleaned all the old oil out.

So how can it be "past time to oil" your K&N air filter?
