Jump start?

Ok, I stored my 8 for the winter. Last time I stored it I left a stupid interior light on and killed the battery. I tried to jump start it and somehow managed to blow the main fuse, got it changed and put in a new battery. I dont know if there is a specific way to jump an 8, I just did like normal, red to red and black to black...as soon as I hooked the last clip, the horn went off and the fuse blew. Once fixed, I drove it all spring summer and fall with no issue. This time, I did not leave any light on and the damn thing died again over a three month time frame. I have a plug in charger on it now, it has been charging for about 4 hours, I went down to try and start it and it just didnt have enough juice to turn over. Should I just try and jump it again? Is there something different about jump starting an RX8 vs. some other car??? It warm out and im tired of my rat car...I want my baby to come alive again

you really should disconnect your battery when you store it. Either take it out or unplug the negative terminal.
