Question Instant power loss

Ok so the day before this happened i had just installed my TurboXS exhaust with race pipe and a set of UR pulleys, dont know if this is relevent. I had just started driving and my sister called, i was on my blue tooth, and i was showing her how the car sounded with the new exhaust. Well the car wasnt warmed up and i was in first gear so i reved it up and as it hit 6k i completely lost all power, but the car never shut off. It happened so fast and i let my foot off the gas and just kept going. Its been a couple days and still havent seen or heard anything too different. Just wondering if this is a start of catastrophic events to come or maybe just a one time issue because i am a retard for not being warmed up before opening her up. Thanks, and i did search for "power loss" "instant power loss"

The car went into limp (protect) mode due to the fact that the engine was not warmed up. Search the forum if you want more information.
