I'm trying to help you save time so you don't have to wait for responses as well as keep you from getting flamed. Most of the people who will know answers to more specific questions you may have later down the road do not like questions such as this...

In posting a genuine question, indicate as much information as you can so you can get an intelligent answer. Your question for example. I cannot begin to help you unless I know your budget, how much power you are expecting and how much are you willing to alter in your car, etc. Feel me? An easy answer for you could be anywhere from installing a turbo to swapping the rotors for a V8 to getting a whole 'nother car...

he said he wants more hp and torque. he'll need FI for anything significant.

 

The top mods for rwhp increases are 1) 3" catless midpipe and 3" cat-back exhaust system, 2) light flywheel, around 10 pounds, less if you're hardcore and, 3) nitrous oxide/FI.
