Ignition coil revisions and changes?

I think Mazda is on at least a "B" version of the ignition coils if not a "C" version.

Since our OEM Mazda coils are so deficient, does anyone know the differences between the A/B/(C) versions? Should we avoid the earlier ones?

I'm not aware of any C version. I just ordered some a couple of weeks and they were B.

I was confident there is a B revision, but offhand comment by someone made mention of C version.

Mazmart is selling A version, but I'd prefer B version if there were any changes.

^ Thanks. Hopefully performance improvement to go along with the price increase.
