Idel is not stable or constent.

Hello guys I have a 04 Auto 8, with about 51,000 miles. Lately i have been having problems with my idel. Ever time i put it in "N" or in "P" it goes up and down on its own, it seems like its sucking air from somewhere dont know what to do. I was told that it might be the spark plugs????????? Any suggestions!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so far i have a K&N intake and and trottle body spacer, dont know if that is the reason, anybody outhere with the same problem??????
