the only way to get access to this point is through the wheel area...so you must turn fully right or left the wheels and remove the front cover.....

Yup, through the wheel area:

- Take off the rubber sleeve protecting the bulb
- Unhook the brace
- Slowly take out the bulb assembly (take note of the frame position)
- Detach the H7 unit from the plastic frame holder
- Attach the new H7 unit to the plastic frame holder
- Insert bulb assembly in its original position (careful not to touch the bulb glass to anything)
- Lock the assembly with the brace
- Hooking up the brace back is a tough one. I found an easy method. Find a hollow tube (pen, tool, etc) that is about 2mm in diameter. Push the brace **** using the hollow tube all the way to the deep end until it clicks. I used to have sore fingers doing this during my first time.
- Attach the rubber sleeve and finish up by closing the wheel well

...Do these steps for both sides. Oh and may I recommend Sylvannia SilverStars H7s :D

Retainer clip housing very fragile

When re-inserting the retainer clip, which slips into a plastic housing, do not simply bend and snap into position- you may break the plastic catch point. Carefully release spring tension, while sliping into place.
just a bit of scar tissue I wish to share!
